Pre-launch Terms

What you’re joining

EMPERIA is a pre-product cloud gaming project. Joining the Founding Gamers is free and creates a verified community account. It does not purchase a product, guarantee admission to a future beta, or reserve any particular service, release date or price. The gaming platform does not exist yet.

Who can join

You must be at least 16 and use an email address you own. Keep sign-in links private. Do not create duplicate or automated accounts to inflate rewards, impersonate people or interfere with the site. Sharing a household or network does not by itself make a referral invalid.

Founding numbers and launch hours

A founding number is assigned only after email verification, in the order verification transactions complete. Each qualifying new friend attributed to your code who verifies can earn you launch gaming hours under the rate and cap displayed in your dashboard. Existing accounts, self-referrals and duplicate reward events do not qualify. The first submitted attribution is used; a signup has either a gamer referrer or a creator attribution.

Launch hours are a conditional promotional benefit. They have no cash value and depend on EMPERIA launching a supported service. They do not guarantee any game, hardware configuration or performance. Future availability, redemption and expiry terms will be disclosed before redemption. Fraudulent rewards can be withheld after review. Rate changes affect future referrals; earned hours remain recorded.

Creator program

The planned program is 20% of each directly attributed customer’s first eligible paid gaming-hour purchase only. It is not recurring revenue or lifetime commission. No payments or commissions are currently processed. Final commercial eligibility, settlement and tax terms must be accepted before the paid program launches.

Giveaways

No signup is promised a free game. A future giveaway will have separate official rules, dates, eligibility and a defined number of randomly selected winners. No giveaway is active unless expressly announced with its rules.

Illustrations and availability

All example FPS, latency, prices and product interfaces are illustrative concepts. Game names are used to describe the vision and do not imply endorsement, licensing or confirmed catalog availability. Plans can change as development progresses.
