Who is responsible

EMPERIA is a pre-launch project founded by Youssef. Contact the project about privacy at privacy@emperia.gg.

What we collect

We collect your email address, verification time, founding number, optional feature answer, referral or creator attribution, optional launch-news consent, and campaign tags included in the link you followed. We do not collect your name, payment information, precise location or country.

To limit abuse, we temporarily store keyed hashes derived from network addresses and email addresses. We do not store raw IP addresses in the application database. Our hosting and email providers may process technical logs to operate their services.

Why we use it

We use your information to verify ownership of your email, provide your account, record launch benefits, send essential account messages and understand demand. Security and aggregate campaign measurement support our legitimate interests in operating and improving the project. Optional promotional emails use your consent. You can withdraw that consent in your dashboard.

Who receives it

Vercel hosts the website, Supabase provides authentication and the database, and Resend delivers email when configured. These providers process data on our behalf. Processing may involve countries outside your own; the operator must arrange appropriate transfer safeguards where required. We do not sell your personal data.

Public community counts and feature results, if enabled, are aggregated. Feature results stay hidden until at least ten responses exist. Other gamers and creators cannot see your email address.

Cookies

Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in. Campaign information is read from the current URL when you submit your email. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. A cookie banner is therefore not used for optional tracking. External sharing links open the service you choose under its own privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

We keep verified account and reward records while the pre-launch community is operating and the records are needed. The founder reviews unverified submissions and click records for deletion after 30 and 90 days respectively. Temporary abuse-prevention records expire and are cleaned up as requests are processed. Audit records may be retained to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw marketing consent. Contact the privacy address above. Depending on your location, you may complain to your local data protection authority. Account deletion removes your membership and associated launch benefits.

Age and changes

The pre-launch community is intended for people aged 16 or over. We may update this policy as the project develops and will communicate material changes. Do not include sensitive personal information in your optional feature answer.
